To be eligible for warranty, your Lafonn jewelry must have already been registered on lafonn.com/registration.

REGISTERING YOUR LAFONN JEWELERY

  • If your purchase was made on Lafonn.com your item is automatically registered.
  • If your Lafonn jewelry was purchased from a Lafonn Authorized retailer*, please register on lafonn.com/registration. Once completed, your Lafonn jewelry will be successfully registered. You will receive exciting news about our future promotions and enjoy our Exclusive One Year Warranty as well as a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all Lafonn jewelry.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

  • We offer a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defect within 12 months from date of customers purchase.
  • Damages resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, loss, or stolen, will not be covered.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

  • We offer lifetime warranty for the stone quality of our exclusive Lassaire simulated diamonds. This includes clarity, brilliance, color and breakage.
  • Issues with missing stones, mounting, and tarnished plating, as well as breakage of chains, links, clasps, posts, or backings, caused by normal wear and tear will NOT be covered.
  • Damages resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, loss, or stolen, will not be covered.

CLAIMING YOUR WARRANTY

  1. Make sure your Lafonn jewelry is registered with Lafonn. See REGISTERING YOUR LAFONN JEWELRY above.
  2. Go to lafonn.com/registration, Registered Product List and click on “Start a Claim”
  3. Once your claim is submitted, you will receive a notification email including your claim number and instructions.
  4. Send the defective piece(s) to Lafonn:

  1. Include a check or money order payable to Lafonn in the amount of $20.00 to cover shipping and processing.
  2. Make sure the claim number is written on the inside and outside of the package. Without a claim number, the package will be refused.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
  4. Once we have evaluated your return, we will repair or replace your item. Processing time is 2-3 weeks.
  5. After inspection, if the item is determined to be outside of the warranty coverage, we will contact you and send the item back.
